Malwina Bątruk
Malwina Bątruk is the Director of the Katarzyna Kozyra Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation’s strategic development, programme implementation, and international partnerships. She is responsible for the coordination of research, archival, exhibition, and educational projects, with a particular focus on initiatives supporting women artists from Central and Eastern Europe. She also frequently leads the production of exhibitions and supervises the Foundation’s support programme FRIENDS, dedicated to building long-term relationships with artists and sustaining the Foundation’s activities through philanthropic engagement.
She holds degrees from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Warsaw and the Media Art Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she graduated in 2024 from the Experimental Text Studio. Her interests focus on aesthetics and philosophy of art, research-based practices, and the social and educational role of contemporary art.
Her work combines cultural management, curatorial coordination, and a research-oriented approach to artistic projects.
